Don Cabrera is an experienced property manager with over 20 years of vacation home rental and community association property management experience. As a NJ licensed Realtor and now a Broker-Associate since 1993 he is also Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Don leads the Cabrera Property Management team and lists and sells property with his wife, Jeanine, and the Cabrera Coastal Team. Don graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Recreation and is an elected Commissioner in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Don is a triathlete and enjoys distance running, biking and golfing and is an avid Redskin fan.
