PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Advance payment in the equivalent of one half of the rental premium plus the administration fee is due at time of reservation via credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) or within 7 days if paying by check. If payment is not received timely your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
    • ADMIN FEE: $95
  • Advanced payment is non-transferable to future reservations.
  • Remaining balance of rent and security deposit or Vacation Plan Insurance is due 30 days prior to check in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

  • Your advanced payment is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Advance payments will be refunded for reservations cancelled more 30 days of arrival, less a $150 cancellation fee. The administration fee is also non-refundable

  • All rentals require a lease that must be signed and returned with advanced payment. On the lease is all specific information on the home and other related policies.

  • Sorry, No pets allowed in any of our rentals unless provided by owner.

  • Check in is at 3 pm and Check out is at 10 am unless otherwise stated.
  • Security deposit is returned within 30 days after check-out and will be sent in the form of a check via postal mail unless insurance was selected (see below)
  • Vacationing guests are to bring their own linens and towels and all supplies needed to rent a privately owned home.
  • Each home is decorated per the owner. Therefore, we recommend viewing the home prior to reserving.

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan for $60 (non-refundable) designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages that exceed $3000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or the actual cash value of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy. The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Cabrera Coastal Real Estate any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage.
